"True Tori" is nothing if not dramatic, and judging from a new teaser for the second season's premiere, viewers are in for another wallop of emotional drama when the show returns to Lifetime on Oct. 21.
The clip, published by E! News, shows Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott grappling with life after McDermott's highly publicized adultery, as Spelling prepares herself for her husband to come home from Canada and deal with what she calls "our reality."
McDermott, meanwhile, tries to wrap his brain around how his wife could stay with him despite his cheating past.
The bombshell, however, comes at the end of the clip: "I may be pregnant," says Spelling, already a mother of four.
The Daily Mail points out that Spelling, 41, appeared disconcertingly gaunt on the set of the show in recent photographs.
Still, as recently as August, Spelling blogged about being in a better place. "I'm happy and proud to say that we are doing really well, and that Dean and I are working very hard to make our relationship and our family better than ever," she wrote at the time.
And in July, she told E! that she and her husband had "made it through" their struggles, suggesting the season may have a happy ending. Whether that ending involves baby No. 5 remains to be seen.
