Deputy District Attorney Eduards Abele says that 20-year-old Che Cruz is being charged with one misdemeanor count of unauthorized entry of a dwelling house. Cruz is scheduled to be arraigned today in Department 101 of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Van Nuys Branch. Prosecutors are recommending $2,500 bail. If convicted as charged, he faces a maximum possible sentence of six months in jail.

According to a police report by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Cruz was arrested inside a bathroom around 10 p.m. on Sunday night at Gomez's property in the Lost Hills neighborhood outside of Los Angeles.
