Things seem to be moving at warp speed in Keshia Knight Pulliam and Ed Hartwell's love life.
The former "Cosby Show" star announced she was engaged to her NFL-alum boyfriend on New Year's Eve, four months after they started dating. By the end of New Year's Day, they were married. And this month, Keshia announced they were expecting their first child together, a girl, due in January.
Now, just eight months after they said "I do" in a surprise wedding in their living room, Ed reportedly wants to pull the plug on the marriage.
TheYBF.com published the divorce documents Ed reportedly filed in Georgia on Monday, July 25. The website claims Keshia wasn't told about the filing, which cites "irreconcilable differences … such as constant disagreements on life changing decisions that couples typically make together."
Although few other details are known about the apparent relationship problems between the two, sources tell the website the couple has a history of "constant bickering" and that Ed feels Keshia, who made her TV debut in the '80s as Rudy Huxtable, acts "spoiled." Insiders also say Ed "has a history of acting impulsively" and that he's bailing on the marriage simply because he wants to be single again.
Speaking to TheYBF via his rep, Ed reportedly said, "Right now, the only thing I want is a paternity test for the baby."
Keshia, 37, currently appears on a podcast called "KandidlyKesha;" her husband, 38, appeared on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," when he was still married to Lisa Wu, whom he divorce in 2011.
