Kourtney Kardashian has rules for Scott Disick if he wants to spend time with her and their kids
After a bumpy spring, Kourtney Kardashian and her ex Scott Disick are reportedly back to happy coparenting — with one caveat. Insiders tell TMZ Kourtney has some ground rules if Scott wants to be in his kids' lives: The kind of heavy partying he was doing in Cannes has to stop and he has to accept that she's moved on and will be dating other people. The former couple took their three kids on a family vacation to Nantucket, Mass., this month and according to TMZ everything went well. But a new report from the Daily Mail suggests he may be back to his old ways. The Mail claims Scott was "sloppy drunk" and spotted "grabbing women" at a bar in the Hamptons over the weekend.

While LuAnn joined "Housewives" friends at Jill Zarin's annual summer bash, Tom allegedly contacted "an attractive blond woman at Murf's [bar]" before showing up there, according to the New York Post. The tab claims the woman in question "was seen getting a text fromTom" when "one of her friends blurted out, 'That's her married ex-boyfriend Tom, who's still in love with her.'" According to the Post's source, Tom arrived at the bar alone 45 minutes later. After the woman's friends left he allegedly put "his hand over hers." Said the source: "He went in to get even closer to her, but she pushed him away noting that people could still be watching. It looked like he was up to no good." Tom's rep called the story "rubbish," adding Tom was at the bar "with a group of friends, and there was no clandestine meeting with a blond woman. He wants to make his marriage work." LuAnn also denied the report, telling the Post, "We are together in Sag and are happy. He went to meet mutual friends for drinks. There is no story there." Added Tom: "Luann and I had a great weekend together in the Hamptons. We went to a dinner party together and I went out to meet our mutual friends for drinks after. Luann knew where I was and who I was with. There is no story here." Cheating rumors have buzzed around Tom since he was photographed making out with a woman at a bar in New York City while he was dating LuAnn.
