According to public relations expert
Rhea Freeman, Meghan Markle shouldn't brag about her Christmas holiday with
Prince Harry and their two children,
Prince Archie and
Princess Lilibet. "If she talks about something like the great festive period she's had, people will no doubt tear her to pieces, so I wouldn't suggest that," she told
Daily Express.

Rhea Freeman suggested that Meghan Markle capitalize on her self-awareness for her first 2026 social media update. "Perhaps, instead, looking at relatable points that her audience can connect with? Maybe New Year's resolutions and what she's looking to remove from her life this year?" she said.

Meghan Markle could also reveal her hopes for her businesses. "Or looking to gain and develop? Sharing goals around things connected to this? She could then tie this into her brand," Rhea Freeman said.

In one of Meghan Markle's final
Instagram updates of 2025, she shared a sweet snap of herself,
Prince Harry, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. "Happy Holidays! From our family to yours," she wrote below the snap.

An additional piece of advice for Meghan Markle is to focus on a single venture. "The biggest win for Meghan would be to let her work speak louder than her story. When she's at her strongest, she's impactful and influential, which is the lane she should stay in. I'm excited to see where she goes in 2026," brand and culture expert
Nick Ede told
Daily Express.
