Ranker listed Meghan Markle as the No. 1 most "disliked celebrity" of the year.
The list, which is often updated, typically features the Duchess of Sussex and
Sean "Diddy" Combs, who is incarcerated, in and out of first place.

Since joining the royal family, Meghan Markle has discussed feeling unfairly targeted by the public. While attending a Girls Inc. gathering in California, Meghan opened up about the scrutiny she receives.
"We did an activity where we talked through a bunch of scenarios, and Meghan talked about being one of the most bullied people in the world," #HalfTheStory founder Larissa May, who attended the event, told Vanity Fair.

Although Meghan Markle's decision to brand herself as "one of the most bullied people in the world" drew criticism, some royal watchers said they understood why she felt that way.

We've heard it all before."
