Long live the Bings! Nine years after the Friends finale in 2004, Courteney Cox and Matthew Perry -- a.k.a. Monica Geller and Chandler Bing -- are set to reunite onscreen, The Hollywood Reporter says.
The Cougar Town actress, 48, is guest-starring on an April episode of Perry's freshman sitcom, Go On, which features the former Friends actor as a sports talk radio host who finds comfort and several eccentric new pals in a support group after his wife's death. Cox will play a new love interest for her former TV husband.
The mini Friends reunion is one of many for the actress, who made a cameo on Lisa Kudrow's Showtime series Web Therapy and has invited her former co-stars to appear on Cougar Town and on Dirt, the FX show she did after Friends. (BFF Jennifer Aniston guest-starred on both; Kudrow did an episode of the former during its run on ABC.)
Speaking recently about her 10-year run on the beloved Emmy-winning NBC sitcom, the mom (to daughter Coco, 8) told Us: "I catch reruns of Friends and I don't even remember being there. I'm like, 'That is funny!'"
She also gushed that she hoped to work with all of her Friends friends again in the future. "I'd love to see the rest of the cast," she said, referring to Perry, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer.
