Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt hit New York's Broadway for some tips on how to nanny their kids - by taking most of their brood to watch a performance of Mary Poppins.

The Hollywood supercouple and their four oldest children - Maddox, Zahara, Pax and Shiloh - braved the freezing Big Apple weather to attend a night out at the theatre on Jan. 2nd.

The Jolie-Pitts enjoyed a New Year performance of beloved family favourite Mary Poppins - the story of a magical nanny who disciplines two rowdy British kids.

Following the stage show, the family hit a nearby video arcade, but were forced to make a hasty exit after their appearance attracted too much attention.
