Jessica Simpson is being mocked over an Instagram ad in which she appears fidgety, uncomfortable and unprepared.
On Tuesday, April 19, the fashion mogul recorded a social media video for Flonase nasal spray. Jessica began the video by speaking about climate change and noted that rising temperatures have increased pollen count and made for "longer allergy seasons." She called both "invisible monsters."
To many, the important message was lost due to Jessica's demeanor, in which her eyes consistently dart up and down and from side to side while seemingly reading cue cards. The former pop star, who says she's an allergy sufferer, also seemed to slur her words during the sponsored post.
"Lmao Flonase please hire a professional. That was embarrassing to watch," one person said.
Social media users said she was "awkward" and "nervous" and "brutal to watch."
"I thought the whole thing was super cringe and unprofessional," another person said.
A few people had compliments or praises for Flonase, but the critic's voices were certainly louder.

Jessica, of course, is used to public criticism. Just last month fans criticized her look and called her "too thin" after she shared a photo of herself on Instagram. She hit back at the haters with a busty Instagram display after her 100-pound weight loss. Then, on April 7, the mom-of-three then proceeded to set the Internet on fire by sharing a close up Instagram image of her bikini body.
"I have gained and lost 100lbs 3x so I never thought this moment could or would happen, but I'm finally spring breakin' wearin' a BIKINI!!!!!! Hard work Determination Self Love I enjoyed a good proud cry today," she wrote.
