Sherri Shepherd is continuing to slim down.
On June 29, the former "The View" co-host took to Instagram to show off her shrinking body, something she's done several times throughout the year.
"Started this weight loss journey 8 mos ago, but making other changes in my life helped me lose even more lbs…," she captioned a series of images.
Those changes, she said, involved "getting consistent sleep, meditation, finding a great therapist to help me unpack hurt… forgiving those who've done me harm… more acceptance… less religion & more relationship… discovering that God loves me no matter what (yeah I am freaky and I curse😂), more water, more walking… being thankful, finding my worth… saying no… had to say goodbye to some friends who weren't good for me."
In giving followers and glimpse into her mindset, she added, "Peace makes the weight fall off."
Sherri didn't detail how much weight she's now lost, but the "Call Your Mother" star revealed in April that she was down 20 pounds. At the time, the 54-year-old said she's "clear headed… more clarity, focused & walking in my purpose!"

At her heaviest, Sherri weighed nearly 200 pounds.
On her weight loss journey, Sherri has eliminated sugar, dairy, beef, pork, alcohol and soft drinks from her diet. She also doesn't eat after 8 p.m. As for fitness, the "Dish Nation" host said she's still does Zumba, but she's also incorporated roller-skating and pole dancing into her routine.
