Donald Trump's controversial "One, Big Beautiful Bill" was passed on Friday, July 4, while many Americans were celebrating the Fourth of July holiday.In response, Jon Stewart spoke about the drama that ensued as he criticized the media and lawmakers for their "fake narrative shenanigans and hypocrisies and fecklessness."

"The only difference between that vote and wrestling is that wrestling is fun and takes actual courage," Jon Stewart said in reference to Republicans who opposed "One, Big Beautiful Bill.""Ooh! It surprisingly got through! Like every other thing Trump has wanted, from Qatari jet bribes to Epstein file secrecy to extorted media conglomerate protection money," Stewart continued, referring to the president's prior scandals.

Donald Trump's "One, Big Beautiful Bill" will impact many Americans, but there have been moments when politicians have revealed they were unaware of policies within the legislation — despite voting to pass it.
