Ali Fedotowsky has found something to keep her busy since splitting with fiance Roberto Martinez in November.
The 27-year-old Bachelorette alum has been named the new host of NBC's 1st Look, the network announced Thursday; it will be produced by LX.TV. "I love to travel and discover new places, so being a part of a show like 1st Look is a dream," Fedotowsky tells Us Weekly in a statement. "I can't believe I get to call this my 'job.'"
Fedotowsky previously worked as an on-air news correspondent for the local Fox station in San Diego, Calif. Her first episode of 1st Look will premiere April 14 after Saturday Night Live.
"We're thrilled to welcome Ali into the family," Marni Kupfer, vice president of lifestyle production for NBC owned television stations, adds. "We want our viewers to feel like they’ve been invited to go on an adventure with Ali each week as they discover new and exciting places together. The mix of Ali's enthusiastic spirit and 1st Look style are sure to be a winning combo."
Before vying for Jake Pavelka's heart on The Bachelor in 2010, Fedotowsky worked as an advertising account manager at Facebook.
