Woody Allen heckled at "After Midnight" performance on Broadway: Report
After attempting to catch a matinee performance of "After Midnight" at Broadway's Brooks Atkinson Theater with his family on Saturday, Woody Allen was reportedly heckled by a member of the audience.
"A 60-something woman loudly exclaimed to her friend, 'I think he did it!' as Woody and his family scooted out," an onlooker tells the New York Post, adding that Allen's wife, Soon-Yi Previn, "shot her a dirty look" while "Woody seemed unfazed."
The accusatory shout-out was likely a reference to allegations by Allen's adopted daughter, Dylan Farrow, that he molested her when she was 7. Allen has publicly denied the allegations.
The director and his current wife -- who infamously revealed their romance when the 21-year-old Previn was still Allen and Mia Farrow's adopted daughter -- had attended the show with their daughters, Bechet and Mazie.
