Report: Charlie Sheen's Neighbors Complain About Parties
Since Charlie Sheen wrapped shooting "Anger Management," he's reportedly been quite the social butterfly, albeit just at his own house. Neighbors have reportedly lodged complaints with Radar about noise and strange activities happening on the grounds of his Mulholland Estates home, at all hours of the day and night. Cars that don't seem to belong to Charlie are frequently parked in "random" fashion around his driveway, according to the website, and other vehicles containing "scantily clad women" tend to arrive late at night and stick around until the next day. Neighbors have allegedly become frustrated with all the people coming in and out of the house, which is located in a gated community. Upon learning that his activities made headlines, Charlie responded with this amazing statement, which we're pretty sure is a failed attempt at Haiku: "I can't speak to anyone's opinion or judgement. / I was there / they were not./ their tepid / hearsay is a baseless / static drone. / a mantra. / their theme. / I refuse to be held hostage by their ‘constitutional' / privelidge," -- Charlie's misspelling, not ours, ahem -- "to judge those / who can and who do."
