So long, long locks! In the middle of the afternoon on Thursday, Cara Delevingne teased her 31.2 million Instagram followers by implying that she chopped off a good portion of her hair.

About four hours later, the fresh (and very noticeable) chop was confirmed when she walked a Comic-Con red carpet in San Diego.

"Thank you for the ✂️," she captioned a red carpet photo, while giving shootouts to her entire team. Her new 'do is quite a change from the long hair that she's been rocking for quite some time.

Now, she's rocking a shoulder-length bob with wavy, tousled locks, parted to the side.

Her fans seemed to approve of the look, as it had 200,000 likes on Instagram in just 30 minutes.

She completed her look with an outfit entirely by Dsquared2, which included a white V-neck T-shirt underneath a black blazer and camouflage pants.

Granted she looked incredible in the fairly simplistic outfit, but it was her hair that we couldn't stop staring at. But, we all knew it was coming.

Earlier in the day, she posted a photo of her hair on the ground. She simply captioned it with an emoji of a girl getting a haircut.

A few hours after that, her hair stylist, Mara Roszak, posted a video of her doing the snipping.

"The haircut squat✂️ #caradelevingne," she captioned the fun video.

One of Cara's stylists, Mariel Haenn, posted Cara's picture from Comic-Con, saying, "New Hair Cut Alert!"

Cara is at the convention in San Diego promoting her 2017 films, "Valerian," the "City of a Thousand Planets," as well as the highly-anticipated "Suicide Squad," which will be released in August. In the film, she plays Enchantress.

Are you ready for this.... @suicidesquadmovie
