Plastic surgery has become part of the A-list lifestyle, and many celebrities have been candid about going under the knife to get their picture-perfect aesthetic. We rounded up all the stars who fessed up to getting some work done this year — from major procedures to minor tweaks like Botox and fillers — starting with this Hollywood scion…Susan Sarandon's daughter, actress Eva Amurri, underwent a breast reduction and lift procedure in mid-April. She explained in a blog post published in the weeks leading up to the surgery that her 32F breasts had taken "a toll" on her over the years: "Having extremely large breasts can not only affect you physically but also mentally. It can make you extremely self-conscious and insecure. They hurt your back, they're hard to clothe, and most importantly: you can't take them off and take a break. That's been the hardest part," she wrote.

While Christie Brinkley hasn't gotten plastic surgery, she does rely on cosmetic procedures to preserve her cover girl aesthetic.
"I've dabbled with fillers and I go to my doctor in the city," Brinkley told People in an article published on April 17.
"I don't want to look 'done' or anything. I just did Fraxel [a skin resurfacing treatment] because I had skin cancer and that helps get rid of pre-cancerous cells. It's mainly about health for me now," she said.

Tarek El Moussa has been fighting off surgery rumors for months, as the reality star continues to look more refreshed on social media.
"Last season of The Flip Off, I looked a little bit different. I'm in better shape. My hair is longer. I look decent. You know, people are saying I'm wearing a toupee or I got plastic surgery. I'm gonna tell you guys exactly what I did," El Moussa told Page Six in April.
"Here's what I did: I got PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections in my head, which caused my hair to grow in fuller and I grew out my hair," he said.

On an April episode of The Baldwins, Hilaria Baldwin shared that she underwent breast augmentation surgery after giving birth to her seventh child."Since I was breastfeeding for so long, it was one of these things I decided to do, like, a little up," the yoga teacher said.
"I've been pregnant and/or breastfeeding for over a decade. I think this is the first time that I've not been pregnant and/or breastfeeding since I've started having kids," she explained.
"I got used to my body more or less a certain way than as most women know who breastfeed and the milk goes out, it's a different, much lower reality. It almost felt like my body wasn't my body anymore, because I was so used to my body being a certain way," she contimnued.

Stassi Schroeder took to her Instagram Story in February to gush about getting "Barbie Botox" — a neck-slimming procedure also known as "Traptox" in which Botox is injected into the trapezius muscle between the neck and the shoulder."OK, I will never not get Barbietox," she captioned two before-and-after pictures of herself.
"My favorite part of the seasons changing is that it's my reminder for Botox," she also said.

During the Married to Medicine season 11 reunion, which aired in March, Andy Cohen revealed that he'd recently tried out Botox for the very first time: "About a month ago, they gave me a little," he said._
On the March 20 episode of her "Miss Me?" podcast, Lily Allen opened up about recently having her breasts augmented: "How do I feel about aging? Well, I just got some additions to the family. I don't know if you've noticed," she said, referencing her chest.
"They look really incredible when I [undress], but there's definitely a contrast in age between my [chest] and my face. … I'm like, 40, 18," she joked, adding that she "might get the BBL next."
"There's a thing that happens a few months after you get them, which is that they drop and fluff," she continued of her augmentations. "So they're still quite high and they're still quite hard. When they drop and fluff, they become like, you know, they feel [normal]. … So I haven't got to drop and fluff yet. … I'm very much looking forward to that. But I feel like it's really fun."

Meghan Trainor underwent a breast augmentation early in 2025."I feel so girly and I love it, and it makes me so much more confident and it's like the best decision I ever made. And I smile every time I shower," she told People in March, adding that she's "never been more comfortable" in her body.

Dancing With the Stars pro Lindsay Arnold underwent a breast augmentation procedure in January. She chronicled the before-and-after process on her TikTok and explained in one video, "This is something that I wanted to do for myself."

On January 2, Camille Grammer took to Instagram to share a photo of herself rocking a green bikini. In the caption, she revealed that she'd recently had her breast implants removed: "New Year, new look. I was over the look of my implants and wanted the natural look. I feel much better without them," the reality star wrote.She later told People magazine of the procedure, "I just wanted to be free from this weight of my upper body. I feel liberated in a way."
"I don't want to be defined by my implants," she said. "Let's be honest, you do get judged. This is not me anymore, I'm not going to be defined by this."

In January, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Dakota Mortensen took to TikTok to chronicle his hair transplant journey"I know a lot of people were asking, 'Dude, you're not going bald!'" he said in one video. "Yeah, I know. I was just receding really bad. Well, not even really bad, but I was starting to recede. … It's going to come back so much more full now and last for a long time."
"Full head of hair coming in hot," he captioned another clip.

Sami Sheen documented her rhinoplasty journey on the March 18 episode of Denise Richards & Her Wild Things. The influencer and OnlyFans personality — who previously had a breast augmentation — was in tears after seeing her new nose."I've wanted this for so long. Oh my God, it looks so good," the 21-year-old said. "This is how I'd Facetune it. I can't believe it's real life now."
"I feel so pretty now. Now I feel like I can finally get my headshots done to start modeling. This was the one thing holding me back. Now I got a good nose," she gushed.

In January, Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry revealed that she had a breast reduction, a tummy tuck and liposuction over the holidays in late 2024, though she wasn't exactly thrilled about it.
"I think a little nip and tuck in terms of, you know, a nose job or like a [breast augmentation] is okay, but to go through this to be skinny is mental illness, truly, and I say that with the most respect to anyone going through it," she said on Instagram, adding that she was "struggling" and hoped her children "never struggle with their body images enough to mutilate their bodies to be skinny."
