Donald Trump, who is a vocal supporter of the royal family, gushed over how King Charles III is able to lead the monarchy while battling cancer.
"He [King Charles] went through pretty tough stuff, medically, and he's doing great," Trump told Fox News. "But he's just a great person. I've known him for a long time and always said the same thing."

"He's a tremendous man who really stepped into a tough position having to follow Queen Elizabeth," Donald Trump continued. "She's got the all-time record! To follow that is pretty tough, she was really beloved."

During his state banquet speech, Donald Trump celebrated the "two nations" for their "special relationship."

"The bond of kinship and identity between America and the United Kingdom is priceless and eternal. It's irreplaceable and unbreakable," Donald Trump declared.
However, thousands of protestors gathered in response to Trump's visit to the U.K.
