While playing in the St. Regis World Snow Polo Championship in Aspen, Colo.,
Prince Harry was introduced as "Harry Wales," the name used by his brother,
Prince William, and his wife,
Kate Middleton. The Duke of Sussex was only considered a Wales when his father,
King Charles III, was the Prince of Wales.

Social media users were confused as to why
Prince Harry was using the moniker. "He's no longer Wales!!!" one person commented below a video of the moment shared on
X.
"He was Wales before, but that was when he was the son of the then Prince of Wales. Time has moved on, and he is supposed to be Sussex now, but looks like he is still stuck in the past," a second said.
"He's not Harry Wales, though. Prince William and Kate Middleton's children are Wales. He's not one of them," a third added.
"This can't be real," a fourth chimed in.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might not have much time left to use their titles. "He [Harry] must really fear that [Prince] William will strip him, Meghan and [their two] children of their titles when he succeeds to the throne," he told
The Mirror. "They are on borrowed time and vulnerable now, because I don't think there is anything they can do to reverse the hurt they have caused Kate [Middleton] and William, and William is still furious."
