In a statement, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced they rebranded their nonprofit, Archewell Foundation, to Archewell Philanthropies."This next chapter allows Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, to broaden their global philanthropic efforts as a family, with meaningful reach and maximum impact, grounded in the same values, partnerships, and their commitment to show up and do good," a spokesperson for the Sussexes said, per The Mirror.

Communications expert Judi James alluded to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle wanting to hold onto their royal past."There is a star-role reference to their royal titles which, given speculation about them being removed, reads like a very emphatic clinging or laying claim to," James told The Mirror.

"As a 'mission statement,' their 'show up, do good' is about as unspecific and immeasurable as possible, allowing everyone to put their own translation on it if they are so inclined," Judi James continued. "They seem to like it though, as it's on repeat, perhaps informing the fans that when the Sussexes are visible they should assume to be doing good, somewhat in the style of superheroes."_
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle hinted at making the change to accommodate Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, but Judi James was confused by their wording."What does 'broaden our efforts as a family' mean? Is it a kind of professional re-taking of their vows? It could suggest they will be joined at the hip but working harder together, or it could suggest they're doubling the workload by taking more gigs solo but wanting to confirm the marital bliss is still very much intact," Judi James said.
