After
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle failed at a slew of ventures since moving to California, one source claimed the industry is fatigued by their efforts. "There is not only no appetite left for them in Los Angeles, but they've also worn through any good will they had," the source told
Page Six.

In 2020,
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle signed a $100 million multi-year agreement, which was downgraded to a first-look deal. "People are sick of them. The act has gotten stale," a second source told
Page Six. "They're just hopeless in professional settings."

A third source claimed
Prince Harry arrived late to a Netflix meeting and requested hot chocolate. The allegation was backed up by an anonymous Spotify employee, who said the Duke of Sussex asked for the same beverage during a business gathering. (The pair previously signed a $20 million deal with the music company, but that ended in 2023.) "There was none in the office, so employees scrambled to obtain some," the staffer told
Vanity Fair. "An idea was pitched to Harry — what if he reviewed a hot chocolate every week while chatting with a different friend, which he and his team considered and rejected."

According to a fourth insider, Meghan Markle isn't easy to collaborate with. "She's convinced she's smarter than everyone and dismissive," they told
Page Six, adding she "controls everything," especially when it comes to her marriage.

Staffers who previously worked for Meghan Markle and
Prince Harry didn't reflect fondly on their experience. "She belittles people. She doesn't take advice. They're both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently," a former employee claimed to the
Hollywood Reporter. "Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he's very much an enabler. And she's just terrible."
