Prince William, who launched The Earthshot Prize, which helps fight climate change, in 2019, told

"But I also know that unless we act boldly now, that future is at risk,"
Prince William continued. "The Earthshot Prize is about turning the tide, about proving to our children that we are willing to fight for their tomorrow."

Prince William is notoriously private about his family life with
Kate Middleton and their three kids,
Prince George,
Princess Charlotte and
Prince Louis, but he has been more open about his parenting tactics as of late.
"Being authentic and being myself, and being genuine is what drives me," William shared in an episode of
The Reluctant Traveler. "I want to create a world in which my son is proud of what we do, a world and a job that actually does impact people's lives for the better."

Prince William was honest about how Kate Middleton and
King Charles III's cancer battles took a toll on him.
"Life is sent to test us," William told
Eugene Levy. "I'm so proud of my wife and my father, for how they've handled all of last year. My children have managed brilliantly as well."
