When Sarah Ferguson sought the convicted financier's help, it was to launch a business aimed at supporting working mothers, according to Jeffrey Epstein files released by the U.S. Department of Justice.The former Duchess of York devoted significant energy to fulfilling her mission to "help amplify the voices of mothers all over the world to tackle some of the tougher issues facing young people and families."
According to GB News, the business proposals appear to have been sent after Epstein's 2008 conviction for child s** offenses, allegedly stating that he would hold a 51 percent equity stake in her new company, Mother's Army, making him the majority shareholder.

One section of the proposal indicated she would receive a salary of $250,000 under the plan.In an email to Epstein, Ferguson also sought out his advice when she wanted to launch product lines.
