Kanye West's condition: What we know now
A week after an apparent breakdown led to Kanye West's hospitalization, he remains at UCLA Medical Center, despite initial plans for a Monday, Nov. 28, discharge. According to TMZ, the rapper was not believed to be in stable condition yet, so doctors changed their minds about releasing him into his physician's care. The website also reports Yeezus is suffering from extreme paranoia β a detail that's in sync with Us Weekly's claim that he's suffered from nightmares ever since Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint in Paris. As for Kim, both sites confirm she's remained by her husband's side ever since he was hospitalized for exhaustion following a series of outbursts of erratic behavior.
Is Brad Pitt dating Kate Hudson?
If Brad Pitt has already found a new love in the wake of his split from Angelina Jolie, it's unlikely he found it with Kate Hudson. Woman's Day, an Australian tabloid known for questionable reporting, recently claimed "Kate is Brad's mystery woman," adding the two have "been extremely close over the past few weeks, following several secret meet-ups." The outlet went on to cite a source who referred to Brad and Kate as "two big stars who were very attracted to each other and drawn to one another, and they are certainly enjoying each other's company." The report also quoted Brad and Angelina's former bodyguard, Kris Herzog, as saying he knows both Kate and Brad and wouldn't be surprised "at all if they were dating." A source has since dismissed the claims, telling the Daily Mail the story is false.

Derek, Julianne Hough share moving wedding wishes for Mark Ballas
Clearly, Derek Hough and his sister, Julianne Hough, have some well-wishing skills ingrained in their DNA. Their friend and longtime colleague Mark Ballas married BC Jean in California the day after Thanksgiving and by the end of the weekend, Derek and Julianne had both shared moving messages about the couple on social media. "Such an honor to be the best man at my brother's wedding," Derek wrote on Instagram (via E! News). "Witnessing their love be sealed under a beautiful oak tree in front of family friends was such a special moment. Like the tree, may you stand together tall and proud. May you always go out on a limb for one another to stay grounded and dig your roots in deep so that you may weather any storm. And always continue to grow, stronger and higher reaching towards the heavens. And to always enjoy the view. Love you two." Julianne was similarly emotional on the social media site, posting, "Couldn't be happier for these friends of mine! BC you are truly the most beautiful and hilarious Hippie Queen there ever was. Mark, you now get to put your undeniable loyalty, friendship and love in to this woman's heart every single day. Your [sic] hopeless romantic self has finally been set free! Best wedding weekend EVER!!!!! Love you both so much!"

Heidi Klum: Vito Schnabel and I 'have an amazing connection'
At 43, Heidi Klum is 13 years older than her boyfriend, Vito Schnabel. But as she reminded Ocean Drive magazine in an interview excerpted by the New York Post this week, a relationship hinges on more substantive things than when two lovers were born. "It's not about age. We have an amazing connection, we have fun together and we love each other," she explained. "It doesn't matter what people say. As long as you know when you close your door in your own home, you have an amazing time together." She added that photos of the two kissing and snuggling are generally taken when they believe they're alone, despite the audience they sometimes end up getting. "I'm not doing PDA on the beach with tons of people. I go on a boat or I take a hike somewhere β¦ If you would zoom out in the places where I'm with my boyfriend, there's nobody there β¦ But to the outside world, it looks like we're frolicking on the beach having a show in front of everyone."

Nick Cannon: Planned Parenthood is pro-eugenics
After declaring the presidential election candidate options akin to voting for "choosing "the lesser of two evils β¦ like picking out which gun you wanted to get shot with," on Power 105's "Breakfast Club" show last week, Nick Cannon accused Planned Parenthood of trying to control the country's minority populations, eugenics-style. "Hillary was [sneaking] β¦ Think about all the stuff they did with Planned Parenthood and all that type of stuff," he said, according to the Huffington Post. "That type of stuff is to take our community and forget gentrification, it's real genocide, and it's been like that for years. This system is not built for us. This is not our land. I appreciate it. I love it, wouldn't want to live nowhere else, but this wasn't designed for our people." When a Splash videographer asked him about the comments a few days later, he defended what he'd said, blasting Planned Parenthood as "modern-day eugenics" and "population control." Nick wasn't done there. Over the weekend, he tweeted, "Same issue I have with Planned Parenthood I have with corps like McDonalds, Hennessy, Privatised Prisons, public education etc. #Eugenics." The sentiment appears to have been a rehash of comments made by Ben Carson to FOX News; they also fail to take into account NPR's report that according to statistics made public by the women's health organization last year, in 2013, about 14 percent of Planned Parenthood's patients were African-American, a number NPR reports is "nearly equal to the proportion of the African-American population in the U.S."
