Robin Williams' daughter, Zelda, has a new, visual way to remember her dad.
"For poppo," Zelda Williams wrote alongside this Instagram photo of a tattooed hummingbird on her hand, above her father's birth date. "Thank you to the incomparable @dr_woo_ssc for so beautifully bringing my reminders to life. I'll always put my hand out to shake with a smile."
Dr. Woo, E! News notes, is a tattoo artist based in West Hollywood, Calif.
After Williams committed suicide on Aug. 11, 2014, his loved ones reportedly brandished wristbands with hummingbirds on them at the reception for his memorial. "Love the Stillness of Life," read the inscriptions on the bands, according to E!
Zelda, 25, has been quiet on social media in recent months after briefly quitting Twitter and Instagram due to being taunted about her father's death. On Oct. 10, she used Twitter to raise awareness about World Mental Health Day. "My dad openly fought depression his whole life, both in general and his own. No matter what anyone says, it is a FIGHT," she wrote. "Fight on."
