J.D. Vance threw jabs at Kamala Harris during an interview with
Daily Caller interview.
"Well, I don't have four shots of vodka before every meeting," Vance told radio host
Vince Coglianese on Thursday, March 20, of the difference between their stints as vice president.
"That's one way I think that Kamala really tried to bring herself into the role, is these word salads," he added. "I think I would need the help of a lot of alcohol to answer a question the way that Kamala Harris answered questions."

J.D. Vance also hinted at Kamala Harris and
Joe Biden not being as close as people assumed.
"My sense is that there wasn't a level of trust between Biden and Harris," he said.

J.D. Vance later claimed
Donald Trump gives him more agency over his position in comparison to
Joe Biden's approach to Kamala Harris.
"She was just less empowered to do her job. Luckily, I'm in a situation where the president trusts me, where if he asks me to do something, he believes it's going to happen," he continued.
"I feel empowered in a way that I think a lot of vice presidents haven't been, but that's all in the service of accomplishing the president's vision," he added.

During a public appearance, Kamala Harris was criticized for comments made about her upbringing.
"I grew up understanding the children of the community are the children of the community," she memorably said in September 2024.

Kamala Harris recently discussed her food order at a tech event, which critics found confusing.
"We did DoorDash cause I wanted Doritos. And the red carpet part was about to start and nobody wanted to leave to go to the grocery store. So it was DoorDash," Harris said at an AI conference on Sunday, March 9.
"So I was willing to give up whatever might be the tracking of Kamala Harris' particular fondness for nacho cheese Doritos for the sake of getting a big bag of Doritos as I watched the Oscars," she continued.

X users drew a comparison between the tech appearance and Kamala Harris losing the 2024 election.
"Kamala Harris used DoorDash to get Doritos delivered so she could do that cringe photo-op. How she managed to lose the 2024 election remains a mystery," one X user wrote.
"Kamala Harris is back in the spotlight, and boy, did she just blew it. She's at one of the largest Al conferences of 2025 trying to explain what innovation means and you can't make this level of stupidity up," another shared while quoting Harris' Doritos comment.
