Presley Gerber is no longer feeling "misunderstood."
Last year, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber's son was largely ridiculed on social media after getting a tattoo under his eye that read "misunderstood." On Aug. 9, the 22-year-old model was spotted in Malibu, Calif., and there was no trace of the ink anymore.

Due to the missing tattoo, there's speculation that he may have removed it. In addition, his neck tattoos appeared faded in the image, which could be a sign that they are being lasered off.
In March 2020, Presley defended himself and his under-eye tattoo while also claiming he was the subject of "cyberbullying."

"Most and a lot of people can get a face lifts, change genders, lip injections, etc and it's offensive to say anything in today's day in age but I get a little face tattoo and now people love to hate me.. Hmmmm? [sic]," he wrote on Instagram.
After social media poked fun at him, pointing to the fact that he was born privileged with his parents supposedly having a combined net worth of $800 million, Presley responded on Instagram Live, "I don't feel very understood I guess. If I thought this was going to ruin my face or I didn't want this, I wouldn't have done it. I think that's a pretty obvious thing."
At the time, he threatened to fight people who didn't like his choices.
Days later, he posted a video of himself shooting guns.
"Innocent little me before all the horrid tattoos," he wrote. "Y'all know nothing #waketfup."
One month later, he revealed that he got a gun tattooed on his torso, as well as "305," an homage to his Malibu, Calif., area code.
