Whistleblowers Reveal Biden-Era Intelligence Scandal
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard accused the Biden administration of allowing "very sexually explicit, highly inappropriate and unprofessional chatter" to persist in internal intelligence agency chatrooms for years.Speaking to Fox News Digital, Gabbard revealed that whistleblowers from the National Security Agency (NSA) previously reported the misconduct through official channels, only to be ignored. "Essentially, they were told this is no issue, step aside," she said, placing blame on the administration's focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies.
Here are four key points from her interview.

DEI-Linked Chatrooms Shut Down Under Trump Order
Gabbard stated that these chatrooms were a direct result of DEI policies implemented under Biden, claiming that they had "been going on for two years" before being swiftly shut down under a Donald Trump executive order dismantling DEI initiatives across the federal government. The shutdown reportedly led to the termination of over 100 intelligence employees involved in the chats, with their security clearances revoked. "They violated the trust that the American people placed in them to work in these highly sensitive jobs," Gabbard asserted.
Millions in Taxpayer Dollars Reallocated
Gabbard highlighted the financial impact of DEI initiatives within intelligence agencies, stating that eliminating the Biden-era DEI center alone saved taxpayers nearly $20 million dollars. An additional $3 to $4 million dollars was recouped by canceling DEI conferences and associated travel expenses for employees. She suggested that this was just the beginning, stating, "We're just scratching the surface here."Cabinet Meeting With Trump and Musk Sparks Energy
During her interview, Gabbard spoke about her participation in a high-profile Cabinet meeting alongside Trump, Elon Musk and other top officials. She described the meeting as "energetic" and "inspiring," noting that many of Trump's appointees share a strong camaraderie and a drive to execute Musk's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) reforms.
"We've all been inspired by Trump and Musk's quick and aggressive work with DOGE," she added.
Social Media Reacts
Following Gabbard's statements, social media platforms erupted with reactions. Some praised her for "restoring integrity" to intelligence agencies, while critics accused her of politicizing the issue. One X user wrote, "Finally, someone is cleaning up the mess. Our national security should never be compromised for woke nonsense."
Others questioned the timing, with another commenting, "Funny how this 'scandal' only comes out AFTER Trump is back in office."
The controversy has ignited yet another debate over the role of DEI in government institutions.
