Following Donald Trump's Justice Department's announcement that they did not find a "client list" of Jeffrey Epstein's, the commander-in-chief's ex-employee Alyssa Farah Griffin said the backlash is justified."I think this is the biggest fracture in MAGA that we've seen to date," Trump's former White House director of strategic communications told her fellow panelists at The View. "But I actually think that people well beyond Trump followers care about this. They want to understand what happened with Jeffrey Epstein and what the government knows."
Griffin — who also served as The Apprentice star's assistant — claimed Trump could instruct United States Attorney General Pam Bondi to put out more information.
"The way that this would work is, the White House would, at minimum, be tipped off that this information is going out," she noted. "And the President of the United States, if he wanted to do what his base is asking for and release any remaining evidence that there is about Jeffrey Epstein, he would have the authority to say, 'No, no, Pam, release it all.'"
"So, there's just like, math that isn't adding up, and I think the public just feels genuinely lied to," Griffin said. "We know Epstein was a really bad dude, we know he committed crimes. But the facts that they're giving us after years of saying 'There is a there there and there's more information,' is just not good enough and it's not going to go away."

The people who put Donald Trump in the White House twice have felt confused over the right-winger and his administration's handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files."If there's anybody who could walk in and say, 'OK, we've resolved all of the questions and there is nothing here,' it would be President Trump and his crew," Fox & Friends Weekend anchor Charles Hurt told co-host Kevin Corke during a recent broadcast. "The problem is, you can't really do it without giving some explanation. And there has to be some explanation. And I think that's why you have a lot of people still with a lot a very valid questions."
Corke added, "You can defuse this ticking time bomb if you simply get out there. You can't tell me that a thousand people were hurt and that there are no people out there that we can arrest. You can tell me that, 'Sorry, we don't have a list.' Fine, don't have a list. Tell me who the perpetrators were. Let's depose every single person who might have had a chance to get on that list and might have been out there at that island and let's talk to them."

Despite Donald Trump and Pam Bondi being under fire for how they've handled the Jeffrey Epstein case, the businessman has stood by his staffer and his decision."What's going on with my 'boys' and, in some cases, 'gals?' They're all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a FANTASTIC JOB! We're on one Team, MAGA and I don't like what's happening. We have a PERFECT administration, THE TALK OF THE WORLD and 'selfish people' are trying to hurt it, all over a guy who never dies, Jeffrey Epstein," he wrote in a Truth Social update.
