Stephen Colbert joked about Donald Trump's ties to
Jeffrey Epstein and the infamous "QAnon Shaman" Jacob Chansley. Colbert said on
The Late Show that the ongoing curiosity surrounding Epstein is "costing Trump a lot of allies." Continued the comedian, comparing Chansley to characters from
The Flintstones, "The latest to jump ship is the QAnon Shaman. This has deep repercussions, because when you lose the Q Shaman, you inevitably lose Fred Barney and the entire loyal order of the water buffalo."

"In response to a photo of Trump on social media, the shaman [Jacob Chansley] wrote, 'This stupid piece of s***, what a fraud,'"
Stephen Colbert recalled. "Now listen, I don't agree with what this man has said and done in the past, but now that he has posted this, I just want to say, Mr. Shaman … a toast to you."

Things took a turn as
Stephen Colbert read more of "QAnon Shaman" Jacob Chansley's comments about the Donald Trump administration. "Let's see what else he wrote about this administration. 'Special Presidential Envoy Richard Grinnell possesses the ability to bite people and inject them with venom that allows those subjected to the venom to become under a hypnotic spell,'" Colbert continued, noting that was the end of his agreeing with Chansley.

Donald Trump celebrated CBS canceling
The Late Show and firing
Stephen Colbert, who has been a vocal critic of the president and Paramount's $16 million settlement with him. "I absolutely love that Colbert got fired. His talent was even less than his ratings," Trump wrote on Truth Social. "I hear
Jimmy Kimmel is next. Has even less talent than Colbert!
Greg Gutfeld is better than all of them combined, including the Moron on NBC [Jimmy Fallon] who ruined the once great
Tonight Show."
