Can you tell us about teaming up with the ACE Brand "A" Game Challenge?
"ACE Brand Sports Medicine Products has a new nation-wide contest called the 'A' Game Challenge. What we are doing is challenging kids all over the country -- underprivileged kids -- to send in videos of them involved in any sport on top of their 'A' game. Like winning moments, their first slam-dunk or a buzzer-beater or anything that they consider to exemplify them being on their 'A' game."
"There is a whole prize: a scholarship prize and some things that benefit The After-school All-Stars, which is a program that helps kids get into athletics and [helps] change their lives around by having something to do after school. It keeps them out of trouble and out of all the craziness and madness that's available out there in the world. It helps them make their lives better and it also benefits Jump and Ball, which is a charitable organization that I started about nine years ago in Northeast Queens that gives kids the opportunity to play basketball and teaches them the importance of athletics, team work and camaraderie. This is a very cool thing for me to be a part of and it's my chance to pay it forward a little bit."
