Jasmine Faulk Thanks Charlie Sheen for Helping to Fight Her Cancer
It seems that an unforeseen side effect of consuming large amounts of tiger blood is a sudden and inexplicable urge to help thy neighbor. Or maybe Charlie Sheen's just a nice guy. Just weeks after he reportedly dropped $100,000 in his pal Lindsay Lohan's lap to help with her tax debt, Sheen opened up his checking account and showered $75,000 on Jasmine Faulk, the young daughter of a Hermosa Beach cop who's suffering from a rare and aggressive form of cancer.
Sheen's stunt double, Eddie Braun, tells Celebuzz that when he showed Sheen a newspaper story about Faulk's situation -- in the next year, she faces 48 chemotherapy and radiation treatments, which are expected to severely damage her eyes -- he said, "Eddie, it's Christmastime and this officer and his family might need a hand," then proceeded to donate $75K to a fund set up to help Faulk. Braun, meanwhile, kicked in $25,000. "I think they have a great heart ... They don't even know me," Jasmine tells TMZ. Of course, Jasmine doesn't really know Charlie either. Asked if she's a fan of "Two and a Half Men" or "Anger Management," she tells the website: "I don't really watch those shows. I watch kid's shows." (Celebuzz)
