JBJ might be goin' down in a blaze of glory, but his next real estate deal sure is goin' down in a blaze of cash. Jon Bon Jovi recently put his 7,500 square foot penthouse apartment in New York's SoHo neighborhood on the market for a hair-feathering $42 million, according to the Daily News. The pad occupies the top floor of the New Museum building at 158 Mercer St., and comes with three terraces, five bedrooms and wood-burning fireplaces. Talk about a "Bed of Roses." Bad-um, ching!
