Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Meet Flying Squirrels and Tarantulas as Canadian Tour of Cuteness Continues
Ryan Reynolds' current gig -- shooting "Queen of the Night" in Ontario, Canada -- doesn't seem to be interfering with the honeymoon phase of his marriage to Blake Lively. The couple has been making uber-adorable appearances in the region for the past few weeks, including a visit to a pediatric unit at a local hospital where they were both photographed holding tiny babies and hanging out with some of the older kids there.
That same day, they headed across the street to Science North, a science education center famous for its wild animals. Donning blue lab coats, the A-listers met a tarantula that was apparently smitten with Lively ("Even when they were trying to hand it off to Ryan, it was trying to come back to Blake," the venue's marketing manager, Stephanie Deshenes, told Celebuzz). But the big draw was the center's flying squirrels. "Squirrels are nocturnal, so what we do is we stand on our platform and they glide through the air to the blue coat, where they landed on Blake and Ryan," said Deshenes. "They had so much fun."
