At the state banquet at Windsor Castle, Donald Trump is likely to decline
King Charles III's
traditional bespoke cocktail, as the politician and former reality star does not consume alcohol. The monarch started the tradition of serving a signature drink that honors the "special relationship" between England and the visiting nation.

Donald Trump has always been clear about his dislike of booze after losing his brother,
Fred Trump Jr., to complications from alcoholism. "I've never had a drink," the president once said in
an interview. "If you don't start, you're never going to have a problem. If you do start, you might have a problem. And it's a tough problem to stop. I had a brother, Fred. Great guy, best-looking guy, best personality, much better than mine. But he had a problem. He had a problem with alcohol, and he would tell me, 'Don't drink. Don't drink.' He was substantially older, and I listened to him and I respected him."

Although Donald Trump may be snubbing King Charles III's signature cocktail, the president had only good things to say about the monarch, gushing over how thrilled he was to be traveling to England to see him and other members of the firm. "My relationship is very good with the U.K. and Charles, as you know, who's now king, is my friend," he
said before boarding Air Force One on his way to the U.K.
