Meghan Markle's demands led to film producer Brenda Surminski backing out of the movie documenting World Vision's work in the region, Tom Bower claimed.
Surminski reportedly called the duchess' antics "mind-blowing" and alleged Meghan had "opportunistically orchestrated the trip to pose as a philanthropist."
