After Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor leaves Royal Lodge, he will reportedly move to Marsh Farm, located on King Charles III's Sandringham estate. However, the small house reportedly sits on a flood plain.

According to a risk assessment from Wolferton Barns [property] via
the Daily Express, it's "prudent" for the house's occupant to be added to the warning system. "The Environment Agency operates a flood-warning system to enable householders to protect life or act to manage the effect of flooding on property," Ellingham Consulting said in their assessment. "Failure of Wolferton Pumping Station may occur due to long-term mechanical breakdown or the power supply being disrupted. If conditions put properties and land at risk of flooding, emergency action would be taken using temporary pumping equipment."

King Charles III evicted Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor from Royal Lodge due to his friendship with
Jeffrey Epstein. "His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence. Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease, and he will move to alternative private accommodation," The Firm said in a
statement.

While Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has months to leave his longtime home officially, he's reportedly already moving items into his new place. "Workmen were there putting in a satellite dish for him. We know he loves his TV," royal commentator
Richard Kay said during an appearance on the "
Palace Confidential" podcast.
