In Prince Harry's legal battle against the publisher of the Daily Mail, the duke accused the outlet of using a private investigator to access information about the royals.According to court records, Jonathan Rees was accused of harvesting confidential information for the British tabloid.

Prince Harry's attorney, David Sherborne, presented evidence against Jonathan Rees to the High Court."Rees liked to boast about the information he could get. 'We can get the Queen's medical records, he once said,' " Sherborne alleged.

Aside from claiming that a private investigator tried to access Queen Elizabeth II's medical records, Prince Harry became emotional when accusing the Daily Mail of causing Meghan Markle distress."They've made my wife's life an absolute misery," Harry said in the witness box, per Newsweek.
