Prince Harry could return to royal life — under one specific condition.After the Duke of Sussex reunited with King Charles III during his trip to England, a source claimed the leader of the U.K. is giving Harry an ultimatum if he ever wants to resume duties within The Firm.

While Prince Harry returned to his home country, he and King Charles III met for tea at Clarence House for a reported 54 minutes following their months-long estrangement. As rumors swirl that the Spare author may want to rejoin the royal fold, one source claimed there is one thing he will have to give up that Queen Elizabeth II insisted on before her death."The King has been absolutely clear in upholding his late mother's decision that there can be no 'half-in, half-out' public role for members of the family," the insider stated.
More specifically, the father of two will have to give up any other money-making endeavors outside of working for The Firm.

Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, broke from the royal family in 2020 to pursue other ventures in America.At the time, Queen Elizabeth II was staunch in her belief that members of The Firm could "no longer formally represent" her if they wanted to be financially independent.
However, Harry's grandmother allowed the 41-year-old and the Duchess of Sussex to maintain their "private patronages and associations," including the Invictus Games.
Since leaving England, Harry and Meghan have signed deals with Netflix, as well as numerous other business ventures.

Although Prince Harry has not explicitly said he would like to come back to the U.K., he has publicly made it clear he wants to make amends with King Charles III as he battles cancer."I don't know how much longer my father has. He won't speak to me because of this security stuff, but it would be nice to reconcile," he explained in an interview.
In a separate chat, Princess Diana's youngest son added, "The focus [this year] really has to be on my dad."
