Prince Constantine-Alexios is the grandson of King Constantine II, the last royal leader of Greece before the monarchy was abolished in 1973. The artist's parents are Crown Prince Pavlos of Greece and his wife, Crown Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece. Constantine previously romanced model-actress Poppy Delevingne and model-turned-reality star Brooks Nader. He reportedly graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., in 2022.
