Daily Express reported Meghan Markle requested a "rather grand accommodation" after marrying
Prince Harry.
"She was fixated on what Kate had and wanted something of similar value," royal expert
Kinsey Schofield claimed.

"It wasn't just about housing. It was about status," Kinsey Schofield added.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were later evicted from their U.K. home, Frogmore Cottage.

In Harry & Meghan, Meghan Markle hinted at there being tension between her and Kate Middleton.
"I was a hugger and have always been a hugger. I didn't realize that that was really jarring for a lot of Brits," Meghan said, referring to her first time meeting Kate and Prince William. "I guess I started to understand very quickly that the formality on the outside carried through on the inside."

"There is a forward-facing way of being, and then you close the door and you are like, 'Oh, great. We can relax now.' But that formality carries over on both sides. And that was surprising to me," Meghan continued.
