A source told DailyMail.com's Richard Eden that Sally Davey's exit was a "huge blow to Travelyst," as she was a significant figure in the eco-conscious travel organization's development._
Sally Davey addressed Prince Harry in a statement announcing her departure from Travelyst, saying, "I will always be grateful for your support, including as my confidant and guide during this personal decision to step back. I'm proud of what we've built together. And while I'll be stepping down as CEO, I remain as committed as ever to Travalyst's mission."_
Meghan Markle was accused of bullying staffers during her brief stint as a working royal, though she adamantly denied the claims. However, The Hollywood Reporter branded former members of Meghan and Prince Harry's staff the "Sussex Survivors Club" and reported that the duo continued to experience employees stepping down after they left the royal fold. "Everyone's terrified of Meghan," one source said. "She belittles people, she doesn't take advice. They're both poor decision-makers; they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he's very much an enabler. And she's just terrible."_
But not everyone has had a tough time working for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Several current and former staffers rushed to their defense in the wake of The Hollywood Reporter's look into the Sussexes' staffing issues."Best bosses I have ever had," one team member told Us Weekly, while another former employee said that working with the Sussexes was "truly an honor."
