In a video leading up to King Charles III's historic ceremony, Princess Anne is seen greeting her older brother.
"Hello, Old Bean," Anne affectionately told Charles.

Royal editor Hannah Furniss gushed over the sibling moment.
"She is probably in a better position than anyone to give him advice, give him a bit of sympathy when he needs it, give him a bit of a pep talk," Furniss told The Telegraph. "She understands how the royal family works, and she has a bit of an eye to the past and to the future."

Princess Anne, who is often praised for being the hardest-working member of the royal family, defended the famous brood in an interview discussing King Charles III's ascension.
"We don't, in many respects, need to deal with it. It is the monarch that is the key to this," Princess Anne said when asked about people who protested Charles' role. "And the constitution that underpins the monarchy."

"We, as a family, see ourselves there to support that role. What we do, we hope, contributes to the monarchy in the way which it can convey continuity, of not just interest but of service, of understanding, the way that people of communities want to live their life," Princess Anne continued.
