Daily Express, Princess Beatrice picked
Princess Nina of Greece and Denmark to be Athena's godmother instead of a British royal.

Princess Beatrice's decision comes following her disgraced parents being pushed out of the monarchy due to their ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Though Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson have been avoiding the spotlight, they still attended Athena's special day.
"Beatrice is determined to keep the focus entirely on her daughter, but there is no escaping the moment's significance as this will be the former Duke and Duchess of York's first appearance at a royal family event and possibly the last time he steps foot in St James's Chapel," a source told Daily Express prior to the event.

When Athena was first born, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi posted his own tribute to his youngest daughter, calling her "tiny and absolutely perfect."
"We welcomed Baby Athena into our lives last week… We are all (including Wolfie and Sienna) already completely besotted with her," Mapelli Mozzi wrote in an Instagram post as he announced his daughter's arrival. "Our hearts are overflowing with love for you, baby Athena."
