The second season of
With Love, Meghan is here — but the royal family isn't watching. According to numerous

Royal expert
Kinsey Schofield claimed the most senior members of the royal family are unfazed by Meghan Markle's lifestyle series returning on August 26. "According to my sources, Season 2 is not even on the palace's radar," the commentator claimed in
an interview. "It poses no impact on the core four.
King Charles III,
Queen Camilla,
Prince William and
[Kate Middleton]. When it comes to something as trivial as Meghan Markle making bath salts, the royals have far bigger priorities. … There's a sense of desperation that the royal family simply cannot relate to. They won't lose any sleep over the prospect of
With Love, Meghan. It won't be on their calendars and they certainly won't be making her pasta or bath salts."

U.K. royals expert Hilary Fordwich also claimed the family won't be supporting Meghan Markle's latest venture. However, the firm is said to be "relieved" that the Suits actress did not drop any of their secrets during the show's first installment. "Senior royals have zero interest in watching Meghan Markle's show," she said. "It's deemed irrelevant while it avoids [blatantly] commercializing their royal connections."

The lack of support from Meghan Markle's in-laws is not shocking following the turmoil between her,
Prince Harry and the entire royal family following their 2020 exit from the firm. "The second season of Meghan's passion project is a pretty inoffensive, run-of-the-mill series," English broadcaster
Helena Chard said. "I doubt this is on the royal family's radar of priorities, and it's most definitely not a worry to 'The Firm.' The average person feels that W
ith Love, Meghan lacks a wow factor." While the lifestyle series may not be ruffling many feathers, future projects from the couple might. "I hear Netflix hopes to strike gold with an obvious big bucks series. A second Harry and Meghan docuseries or a
documentary about
Princess Diana ahead of the 30th anniversary of her death is on their wish list," Chard said.

Following much speculation, Meghan Markle and
Prince Harry signed on to continued their work with
Netflix in a multi-year first-look deal. "We're proud to extend our partnership with Netflix and expand our work together to include the As Ever brand," the former actress announced in a statement. "My husband and I feel inspired by our partners who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally and celebrates our shared vision."
