According to The New York Times, sources close to Kamala Harris say she's considering starting a political think tank to generate future generations of change makers."One possibility: establishing an institute for policy and ideas," an insider claimed. "Brian Nelson, an adviser to Ms. Harris since she was California's attorney general, has broached the idea with several universities, including Howard and Stanford. But some allies have noted that raising money for such a center could, depending on the donors, create liabilities in future races."

Critics on social media were quick to troll Kamala Harris for the wide-ranging idea, calling out her tendency to devolve into "word salads" during speeches and interviews."The Kamala D. Harris Institute for Examining the Importance of Understanding What Needs to Be Done," Washington Free Beacon senior writer Andrew Stiles wrote on X, referencing something the former senator once said.
"The Coconut Tree Institute," Republican party deputy communications director Abigail Jackson quipped, referencing a bizarre anecdote Harris shared on the 2024 campaign trail.
"The Kamala Harris Center for the unburdening of what has been should provide a bottomless well of material," a third critic joked.

Following Kamala Harris' defeat to Donald Trump last year, the leftist has stayed relatively private for months. However, during an April 3 appearance at an event to honor Black female business leaders, Harris didn't hold back while discussing how the Republican is running the country."There were many things we knew were going to happen," the former district attorney told the audience of Trump's second presidency. "I'm not going to say 'I told you so.'"

Donald Trump hasn't been quiet about Kamala Harris either. After rumors swirled about the California native possibly campaigning for governor of the West Coast state in the future, the current commander-in-chief had quite a response."Let her run," Trump said during an interview with OutKick's Clay Travis on Saturday, March 22. "I don't want to be [giving] people advice politically, but one thing she's got to start doing is she's got to start giving interviews."
