Laura Loomer launched a scathing attack on
Tucker Carlson over his opposition to potentially going to war with Iran.
During an interview with Fox News host
Mark Levin, the
Donald Trump supporter accused the right-wing media personality of working with Qatar after Carlson made it clear he was against the United States joining forces with Israel to strike Iranian nuclear sites.

After reports surfaced that Tucker Carlson was allegedly paid for his interview with Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani in March, Laura Loomer claimed the host is being "controlled by Muslims." However, nothing has been proven.
The MAGA conspiracy theorist alleged the sit-down between Carlson and the world leader was "a paid propaganda piece in which over $200,000 was paid by the Embassy of the State of Qatar for Tucker to interview a Qatari official, all while knowing Hamas is an Iranian proxy and funded by Qatar."
"Tucker Carlson wants you to think his thoughts on Iran are based and original, but he's literally participating in paid-for interviews by the Qataris, who are funding and providing penthouses and luxury lifestyles to the leaders of Hamas in Doha. Tucker should just be honest that he's a mouthpiece for genocidal Muslims," she continued. "Tucker is controlled by Muslims. People need to wake up and stop pretending like this is a conspiracy theory. Qatar and Iran are buying off conservative podcasters to push pro-Islamist, anti-American and anti-Israel talking points to undermine President [Donald] Trump."

Before Donald Trump decided to strike an Iranian nuclear site, Tucker Carlson was outspoken about wanting the United States to stay out of the country's conflict with Israel. The journalist even called out people in his own party who have supported America taking military action: "The real divide isn't between people who support Israel and people who support Iran or the Palestinians. The real divide is between those who casually encourage violence and those who seek to prevent it — between warmongers and peacemakers. Who are the warmongers? They would include anyone who's calling Donald Trump today to demand air strikes and other direct U.S. military involvement in a war with Iran," he wrote on X. "On that list: Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Rupert Murdoch, Ike Perlmutter and Miriam Adelson. At some point they will all have to answer for this, but you should know their names now."

Donald Trump responded to Tucker Carlson's critique in a lengthy Truth Social post: "Somebody please explain to kooky Tucker Carlson that, 'IRAN CAN NOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON!'" the Republican leader wrote. "AMERICA FIRST means many GREAT things, including the fact that, IRAN CAN NOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!"
Trump was later pressed about his former supporter's remarks at the G7 Leaders' Summit: "I don't know what Tucker Carlson is saying. Let him go get a television network and say it so that people listen," he said.
