Gwyneth launched Goop, a weekly lifestyle newsletter, in September 2008. The company has since expanded to include a product line and travel app. "From creating a delicious recipe to finding a perfect dress for spring, Gwyneth began curating the best of lifestyle to help her readers save time, simplify and feel inspired," touts Goop.com, which humbly refers to itself as your "most trusted girlfriend on the Web." Though Gwynie is notably hands-on when it comes to running the company, even blogging regularly for the website, Goop.com has earned a number of critics for it's perceived elitism. (Their signature "goop tee," a plain white T-shirt, will cost you $90.) We wonder if the staff will be as snobby as the product line!
