"It's all gonna be in my book, so I can't really get into all of the specifics, but I do a lot of cardio and a lot of weightlifting."
So how exactly did your book, "Evolution," come about?
"Simon & Schuster approached me about writing a men's fitness book. I've been training for about 23 years, and I had to overcome a lot of obstacles. So there's some autobiographical information in there. But it's a cutting-edge book of everything we know today about training, dieting, and cardio all wrapped up into one. There are also a lot of inspirational tools and stories on battling the mental aspect of training, which is really what it boils down to for anyone."
