You look fabulous! What’s your secret to getting back into your pre-baby shape?
MA: Well [laughs], there's always a few things. Obviously getting active again, and going back and doing some workouts. I've been cycling and doing Pilates, and a lot of hiking. L.A. is great because you can get outside anytime. So that's been a big part of my routine. Then of course diet is a big part. Just eating healthy and making sure you go for healthier options as far as snacks go. And one of my favorite go-tos is Müller frütUp yogurt. It's this mango flavored frütUp yogurt, and it is amazing because it feels like you're eating a dessert, but it's nutritious ... And just being conscious, health-wise.
