After being "fairly drunk and high for 16 years," he once told UK TV host Jonathan Ross, Farrell finally decided to get clean the night he wrapped his film "Miami Vice." So in December 2005, the Irish actor checked into Eric Clapton’s Crossroads facility for five weeks of treatment. "I wouldn’t tell a truth all day," Farrell, 36, told Details in 2012.
